Cliff has over 30 years of experience and ownership in the cleaning, restoration and distribution industries. He created More Floods to help hundreds of cleaning and restoration contractors grow their business using what he has learned first-hand.
Brandon serves as More Floods President & General Manager. His background is in the construction and HVAC service industry where he worked on all sides of the business, including an industry peer group designed to grow service organizations by focusing on improving sales, operational efficiencies and company culture.
Kevin has more than 20 years of sales, business development and ownership experience. As Executive Director of Sales & Training, he provides tailored training to Members at all stages of their business and works with restoration owners daily to provide technical, marketing and entrepreneurial advice.
Cassandra helps direct members through their roadmap for growth while establishing the More Floods system within their business. Covering everything from training, questions, who, what, where, and when. Cassandra makes sure More Floods member’s needs are always met.
